I much prefer wheelie practice videos over highway runs. I have an mt07 and it’s much more impressive to watch you wheelie than go fast on the highway

Sup Gixxer brah! Get some knee sleaves that provide some compression, not too much and not too little. It will make your knees feel like new! Warms them up and keeps them tight. I use Mava Sports knee sleves (Black, White and Blue ones) when my knees start giving me pains and they all go away in a day.

I had to do about half of my bike lessons in driving school late last year while having a broken left little toe. That was certainly "fun" to squeeze into pretty tight motorcycle boots (no alternative like sneakers possible, here in Germany a motorcycle driving student has to wear full protective equipment helmet to boots).

Not quite the same as a shot knee but I still feel like I can sympathize somewhat.
