I think his greatest dance mishap was when he kicked the lightbulb off the ceiling while filming a tiktok. The lyric was “on like a light switch”, not “break the bulb”!

My dance teachers grew up with Alex Wong and took tap with him and they talk about him all the time, it’s so weird seeing him with Abby lee.

I grew up in the same town as Alex and his last year of solos was my first year. He was absolutely on a different level of everyone else! He adjudicated at a competition in Whistler a couple years later, I’m 30 now and it’s one of the competitions I remember the most in my 15 years of competing
