I always make my dogs sit before I open the door. It really helps set the tone for the walk. One of my doesn't even need to be told any more. She'll sit as soon as we're at the door. She also no longer needs to be told heel, or leave it. She just behaves on her own. My other has to be told what to do but does listen.

Everytime I see a short from you all I can think is dang, I wish he had more content! Love the shorts but would love more longer form content. You really can't get much out in a short. My dog is 9 and has been about 75 pounds her whole life, we go hiking and swimming about 5 times a week and walking everyday. She is dog aggressive and has even gone to an expensive trainer before, she did great there but was exactly the same back home. The agression is inconvenient and annoying, and dangerous if the precautions I take are not taken, shes great with people and can make friends with digs sometimes, but its definitely a problem. I know its something me and my family have done wrong and that it is because something was missing in her training, but at 9 do you think it is too late to change this behaivor? I would love to be able to teach her to not pull and bark towards every dog.

My dog Ivan (greek sheped 8 months old) is for wome reaspn afraid of big trash bins. I dont understand why and nornally he doesnt get wild but if we get close to one while on a walk or whne some1 opens one he gets scared the f0ck off. Can you explain it and if possible tell us a way to fix this.
