Ok! The energy required to break a bond, measured over a range of bonds. Must be as a gas or your calculated answers will be not so good. Err, enthalpy is energy. (You can also define this in terms of energy released when making a bond).

Good. Some of my feloow teachers think that the Gmod is a waste of time but

Hi. Love your Gmod (I have never seen it prior to your videos). I always get so excited when there is a Gmod video after quite a few of the board work. But sometimes it can get a little noisy when you are in that vehicle thingy. But overall your videos are awesome!!!!

@austin329iscool Well this is mostly for review - to learn this stuff in from short, fast videos would be tricky. I think that it is a supplement to the text books. I try to distill the minimum too and focus on what the IB always asks. The gmod is light relief but always covers everything needed - its a break from the board work. I have shown the vids to kids and then questioned them on the salient points and it seems to stick.

@dayman1 I tried maybe 10 time to hit the balloon, but did not have the skills- only the keen eye of a Gmod user would spot that a cheeky undo!

doesn't IB also specify that average bond enthalpy is calculated per mole of the substance i.e. the energy required to make/break bonds for 1 mole of a given substance in gaseous state?

To be honest, I personally like your videos but your videos with this game, I find them quite distracting and I can't concentrate at all. I love your videos and don't think you deserve a "Dislike" on any of your videos. Therefore, although I don't find this video super useful, I will hit "Like"
