It looks like injection marks on the top lip? It’s most prominent right before applying the lipstick gloss. The implication is that the lip pencil lining is what makes the lips also look fuller. A little misleading on the full juicy lip look.

Gorgeous, and your lips are very pretty but you’re taking away the Cupid bow on your lips which is what gives your lips character, definition, youthfulness and makes them more visually pleasing.
