I work IT at a public library and it's frightening how accurate this interaction is. I can put up huge "BROKEN" signs on computers, watch a guy rip it off, and then they turn around and complain that the computer isn't turning on.

hahaha i love the matter-of-fact way she segues from "there is a sign that says DO NOT DRINK" to "so i made some tea with it." and the way ron avoids her without exerting any undue effort. hands down one of the best scenes from this show.
