He is wiser now, he knows he can't use his shot creating and drives all the time because of the toll to his body and he is injury prone so him developing his off-ball game is necessary. Another factor is he is now playing with two on-ball players in KD and BEN10, one of those three must sacrifice, he chose himself, and it seems like its working based on what I see in the prr-season games. Hope he continues to play like this and stay healthy for most of the season.

I always felt like he'd be better at the 2... Let either Mills or Curry play the 1. They're pass first guards and Kyrie at his best on the catch and shoot. His dribble drive and dish/kick out/ foul and 1, should be his last resort... IMO
