Hello to you and welcome to Back Alley Gamers in Weekly Game Releases, hosted by me, Alex Herndon.

Today we're going over some of the latest games releasing this week, discussing their launch date, platforms, current reviews, and asking price. So let's dive in.

AK-Xolotl
An all new top-down roguelite shooter, AK-Xolotol releases September 14th on PS 4 & 5, Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One, Switch and through Steam on PC. Slaughter your way through this single player bullet hell experience, exploring a variety of biomes, capture baby axolotls and bring them back to your pond, take down bosses, and enjoy a nonlinear progression through the game.

AK-Xolotl is developed by 2Awesome Studio and Published by Playstack Limited. Currently there are no reviews for this game, and no price has been listed for its release at this time.

You can download a DEMO for the game on Steam now and give it a try.

Thunder Ray
Get your boxing gloves on and get ready to brawl in Thunder Ray, releasing September 14th on PS 4 & 5, Xbox Series X/s and Xbox One, Switch and through Steam and Epic Games on PC. Step into this single player, 2d retro boxing ring to become champion of the universe.

Thunder Ray is both developed and published by Purple Tree S R L. The game is currently sitting around a 7/10 on review platforms, but only a handful of reviews have released thus far. Nintendo has published a release price of $15, but I can't confirm it for any other platform at this time.

The Crew Motorfest
Fasten your seatbelts and start your engines, The Crew Motorfest launches September 14th on PlayStation 4 & 5, Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One, Switch and through Ubisoft Connect and Epic Games on PC. Explore a vibrant Hawaiian Open world, very reminiscent of the Forza Horizon series games. Take part in this live-service car haven, collect hundreds of cars from the past, present and future, experience a short yet thematic campaign, and compete in a multitude of races.

The Crew Motorfest is developed by Ubisoft Ivory Tower and Published by Ubisoft. There are no reviews for this game at this time, as the review embargo is still in place. Hand on previews aren't really giving us much to go on either, aside from reminding us it's an open world racing game. For current gen consoles and PC, the game will cost $70 usd, and only $60 usd on last gen consoles.

Dune: Spice Wars
The desserts of Arrakis calls for you in Dune: Spice Wars, releasing out of Early Access this September 14th on PC through Steam. Lead your faction through this real time 4x strategy game, and dominate your opponents through combat, diplomacy, or sabotage. Challenge your friends or foes with up to 4 players in multiplayer matches.

Dune: Spice Wars is developed by Shiro Games, and published by Funcom. The game is currently sitting around an 8/10 across multiple major reviewers, and a very positive on Steam. The current early-access asking price is $30 usd, but they do state in their Why Early Access Steam description that the games price may change on release. So keep your eyes peeled.
