The unnamed viking at Stamford bridge, iirc, held off an entire army single handed for several hours.
Mad Jack Churchill. How a movie of this guy hasn't been made is beyond me.

Khalid ibn-Al Walid " sword of Allah" the Great Muslim commander during the early Muslim Expansion.
Never defeated in battle.

Am not Muslim but I respect this timeless warrior of the medieval times.

Talking about Musashi Miyamoto and not even ONCE mentioning his legendary last duel with Kojiro Sasaki is a crime... Kojiro was probably the only worthy opponent Musashi ever had the only one he maybe even feared as during their legendary battle Musashi had to use several unconventional tactis to win the duel.
for once he arrived 3 hours late to the duel on purpose to enrage Kojiro and also using the sun to his advantage he was also using a wooden sword to make it look like he is not taking the fight serious which engraged Kojiro even more in his rage and also while being blinded by the sun he let his guard down and after one fatal mistake Musashi was able to actually kill Kojiro with a strike of his wooden sword this is one of the most famous duels ever and inspired so many fantasy duels in and out of Japan...
though some believe it actually went down WAY different and was the total opposite of a legendary duel ultimately making Musashi a cowardly cheater instead of a brilliant tactician, yes, some say Musashi ambushed Kojiro with his students and there are actually some clues that this theory could be right... for once the island on which the duel happened was named after Kojiro instead of Musashi normally if a legendary duel happened the place was namded after the winner not the loser, also Musashi insisted that the duel happens on a small island some say it was because he himself feared an ambush by Kojiros Students but others beleive that the ambush came from Musashi and some also say that musashi just won so many duels because he cheated most of the time... it would be really sad if this theory is acutally true as it would turn one of the most romantic legendary duels into an act of true cowardness from one of the greatest warriors in history but regardless of the truth the legend of Musashis last duel will inspire more fantasy duels in the future it will always be mentioned as one of the most legendary duels in history

Oh and once again you should be ashamed for not even mentioning it :D

Crazy Horse, could not be defeated by his enemies, unless his own people held him down to be killed. He is responsible for the defeats of Custer (Battle of Greasy Grass/AKA Little Big Horn) & General Crook (Battle of Rosebud) . Before those battles there was the Fetterman Masacre. Strange Man of the Oglala Lakota was a Great Warrior!

Out of so many choice in the Three Kingdoms era, he really picked Xiahou Dun over Guan Yu who charged through thousands of enemy troop, toward Yan Liang and kill him with a stroke, or Zhao Yun who, at Battle of Changban, charged through thousands of Cao Cao's troops with a baby strapped to him.

Heck, even Xiang Yu, who is from a different era in Chinese history deserves a spot

The part where Xiahou Dun eating his eye is a fantasy novel work in The Romance of 3 kingdom, yes it was a novel written a few dynasty after 3 kingdom united. In actual history of 3 kingdom Xiahou Dun never once duel any other general nor won any battle, in fact he almost lose every battle. He was more of a logistic commander instead of a frontline battle commander. Zhang Liao, Zhang He, Yue Jin and Xu Huang were Cao Cao badass generals.

How can you have Xiahou Dun in this list and not have Guan Yu? Guan Yu was literally nicknames the god of war, had so many duels and slain so many renown generals like Yan Liang and Hua Xiong
