I started a happy planner back in July, it is the classic size. My four year old really wanted to "do planners" with me, so I bought a mini vertical for her after Thansksgiving on sale. She and I already did the January spreads and we made some full box stickers on the computer. It would not be big enough for me, but it is perfect for what she will use it for (little actual planning, lots of decorating and doodles)

I'm doing one week of Christmas, the rest winter. But then I could do spring for 10 months! Lol. I like the portability of the mini, but I need more options for decorating so I'm a fan of the classic. I did add a PPweeks to the repertoire for 2020. Totally portable and still 1.5 inch box width so many things will work in it.

I have eased into it. The next couple of weeks I'll go full-tilt.

Loving the doodles at the end of the video!!!! I got a mini vertical for 2020. I'm wondering if I made the wrong choice now after watching your video. 😩

I love that you showcase each size planner. It really helped me decide to start with the big! Would rather have too much space than not enough! I'm a SAHM but enjoy keeping track of the kids sports and just daily tasks and chores to keep me motivated! Plus, pets, my own medications etc. It's nice to have it all noted down! 💕

I love your style of planner layouts, do you ever add photos? I have a sprocket that makes 3x2 sticker photos and I like to add my grandkids photos here and there but I haven’t been too happy with my layouts. I don’t do the memory planner, I just use my Happy Classic. My grandchildren really like to look at them even though it’s filled appointments and to-do lists, I have the added photo and doodles here and there, I’m guessing they will be nice keepsakes for them someday.

I've been trying to save my more traditional Christmas spreads for closer to Christmas. It's hard because there are so many cute stickers!

I decorate for Christmas all December long BUT my birthday is also in December (12/12) so I usually take a break that week or combine both in a non-traditional spread. I have soooo many Christmas stickers from HP and from Etsy. I probably have 3 Christmas' worth. LOL

I use non-traditional colors for weeks preceding Christmas then traditional for week of Christmas. ( maybe week before🎄)

I am doing Christmas every week. This is my first truly full year planning in a HP and I’m not tired of anything yet. Maybe next year’s seasons I’ll be a little less neurotic about planning. 😂

My first week of December isn’t decorated really, it’s my Christmas brain dump where I write my gift lists, to do’s and everything else to get ready for Christmas. I start it back in September when I start planning for Christmas. Hopefully by the first week of December I’m completely done. So I don’t decorate. The bottom row of boxes is specific for that week. Second week is Christmas decor as I’m in the mood. Third is usually a winter spread and then another Christmas spread which is mostly decoration with some room for some photos of my kids and the celebrations. The last week is usually repeated in the next years planner so I decorate till the end of the year and write an overview of the year at the end. Loving the doodles!

I am just loving the Doodle of the Day. I doodle in my big planner all the time-not nearly as cute as your doodles :)
