This video will show you how pair your hearing aid with the ReSound TV-Streamer+.

1. Make sure the hearing aids are turned ON.
2. Place the hearing aids and TV-Streamer+ close to each other (max. distance: 5 cm / 2"). The TV-Streamer+ should be turned ON.
3. Paring mode will be activated by pressing the pairing button on back of the TV-Streamer+.
4. Press and hold the pairing button until the LED on the front side starts flashing green in short intervals, confirming pairing has started.
5. The hearing aids will be paired one at the time. Pairing takes approximately 12 seconds per hearing aid. The LED will stop flashing for 3 seconds after the first hearing aid is paired. It will remain constant green for 3 seconds and then automatically start flashing again while the second hearing aid is paired.
6. When pairing is completed for the second hearing aid, the TV-Streamer+ will search again to see if more devices are within reach. This takes 15 seconds and during which the LED will be flashing. When no more instruments are found, the pairing LED will turn constant green to confirm successful paring. The total pairing time for two hearing aids is a maximum of 45 seconds.

Once completed, the hearing aids and TV-Streamer+ are paired and you can begin streaming as part of your hearing experience.

Why do the hearing aids need to be paired with the TV Streamer+? It is supposedly an Auracast streamer and Auracast is supposedly a connectionless streaming protocol.
But if pairing is still necessary, how are Auracast headphones from other manufacturers paired? Or can only GNResound Nexia hearing aids use the TV Streamer+? Will my children have to use Nexia hearing aids instead of headphones?

Why does GN Resound not answer the questions raised? Do they have no answers or do they not want to come out with the truth?

If the product is as good as this demo, forget about it.
