I can't get the screen update to work. No Blue Screen No Red Screen. Just boots up normally even with SD Card in Screen SD Slot. What am I doing wrong ? Been at this for two days. I have DWIN_SET and private folders copied to root of the 8Gb Card.

Hello, good afternoon, I regret to tell you that with only two and a half months, my ENDER 3 v2 Neo 3D printer has stopped working and I am waiting to have contact with the house and see how to resolve it, and I will discuss how the issue will go. thank you. James
I forgot to tell you that I had the bad luck that although I bought it last December 15, they did not serve it to me, I mean I did not have it until January 16 of this year, things did not start very well, and it adds up and goes on.

When I try to update the firmware the screen wont turn back on and load into the loading screen. It just stay "black" for hours until i turn it off. YES I already updated the screens firmware with no problem.

for some reason the screen does not balack out for 10 seconds and no progress bar appears

Se me olvidaba comentaros que tuve la mala suerte de que aunque comprada el 15 de diciembre pasado no me la sirvieron, osea no la tuve hastal el 16 de Enero del presente, no empezo la cosa muy bien, y suma y sigue.

This printer is worth more a scrap metal than it is for me to actually try to resell it. Actual garbage
