Go to the transform option

Select "Reflect "

Now Reflect it to 60 degree vertically

Select copy

Now select reflect "horizontally"

select "copy"

Select All and select "shape builder tool"

Cut the logo

Delete the remaining part and paste the logo

Select the gradient tool and select your desire colors

Draw the rectangle

Draw the "oval" for shadow

Go to the blur option and adjust it accordingly

Select the logo ,make sure to lock the background and than click the export collection option
