I have a 3.10 oval. I've had it since 1992 and have only removed it from my finger for its yearly professional cleaning and checkup. My oval has always gotten so many compliments as it sits horizontally rather than the traditional vertical and has sapphires and diamonds on the sides which I designed myself. I love oval diamonds. In January I purchased a GIA Certified 1.72 carat clarity grade IF (internally flawless) and set it in an east/west direction in a 14k yellow gold bypass setting. A lot of planning went into this ring and I've had it for about a month now. I get a lot of compliments on this ring. It's a natural diamond however. ✌️
