Breakdown and Counters:
~ Info
Gogeta's gauge counters all attacks once his gauge is filled in every state (LL FGB can still bypass his gauge).

It takes 3 attacks to fill up his gauge, his gauge will only lock in the first two times it is popped, and after every use he gains 70% to the next strike attack(can not be stacked)

Once his gauge is filled he'll lock your rush and main for 5 timer counts (does not apply to tag switching)

Once he reaches 50% health his gauge will automatically fill up to 100%, regain 30% health, and go type neutral defensively permanently. Once his first gauge is filled he will also regain 20% health.

He destroys a card and gets a Blue twice on Cover Change, his counter can also take priority over a cover change giving him the ability to cover change 5 times.

If his Ultimate kills a revival unit (pre-death), the unit will revive with 30% health and 3 dragon balls less.

His Blue nullifies blasts meaning he can go through Anti-Armor Blasts, his blue also powers up depending on how many cards you destroy.
1 card = +15% Damage, 30% Vanish
2 cards = +30% Damage, 50% Vanish
3 cards = +45% Damage, 100% Vanish

His Main Ability gives 20 timer counts of Type Neutral and if he's last man standing he'll receive permanent Type Neutral.

~ Counters
LL Fusing Gogeta Blue: Utilize his tag switches as they restore vanish allowing you to evade being caught after popping his gauge.

If Gogeta has his gauge, using a Blast throws him back into long range forcing them to either vanish or waste their gauge.

Using all of your heavy hitting cards before his gauge is filled and pop his gauge while you have a vanish.

If you're going against UG4 with UG4 and their gauge is filled, use a blue to restore your vanish.
