Nice interpretatiom of the song, but the way I think Not Allowed was meant is that the song is about dude pushing her girlfriend to perform blowjob (“Now you suck” bar) and the sex people are not allowed to talk about is the real sex as a intercourse (“you wanna talk about sex, but we are not allowed” bar), because the girl is afraid and shy of it (“you are only wasting your tongue with the excuses and lies” bar). The protagonist is even talking about intercourse multiple times (“But did he ever fuck with any rhythm?” bar).
