Selenium Webdriver (Java) test of shell recharge map

Tests the charge point search feature and verifies all element visibilités along the way.

Context: Chrome Version 109.0.5414.119 (Official Build) (arm64) on MacBook Air 13.1 (22C65) with 8GB M2 RAM

Test steps
1. Go to shell recharge main page
2. Redirect to current location
3. Click search box
4. Click search by chargepoint option
5. Click search box
6. Send chargepoint serial #29543cd8-a06f-4745-85d5-58b6b41de279
7. Press enter
8. Wait for result
9. Click on result

Verification points:
1. Verifies the switch from location to chargepoint search type
2. Verifies at least one result from chargepoint search
3. Verify redirect from search result

NOTES:
1. [general] results are flaky; i ran this 10x and 2x results didn't appear for a 20% defect rate
2. [performance] results are sporadic; times between results range from 2 seconds to 8
and Failed to fetch data... Retrying. Error: Network error.
