Install Python 3.11 in Windows 11; access pip module, install pywin32 for VirtualBox 7

Ever wanted to learn Python but didn't know how to install it in Windows. Or did you get the Warning Message in VirtualBox 7 about missing a core dependency- pywin32 and didn't know how to install it. Or wanted to use the pip (Python packaging manager) module that comes downloaded and installed with Python 3.11.1. Well this video demonstrates how to solve all 3 of these issues in a little over 6 minutes. Also it demonstrates a small 'Hello World' program to verify everything has gone well with the install.
