Here in Switzerland we have zero capital gains tax on shares, bonds, art etc. The allows the wider population to build wealth over their lives. The average net worth is about $750K.
Middle income taxes are also low as government is relatively small and importantly each region runs its own government. That's how America was supposed to be.
