Upon hearing the album yesterday, I couldn’t stop listening to it. What a fun album!! Such a shame I can’t review it…

Really excited for this album. I loved the last one and I loved the three singles dropped yet especially Way To Spend THe Night

You use the word "mellow" a few times in your review, and that's how I currently feel about this album as well, although I've only heard the first three singles, of which I like Way to Spend the Night best due to its infectious melodic verse motif and chorus. The previous two albums were extraordinary contemporary AOR classics that contained a well-balanced mix of mellower tunes and slightly more heavier and dramatic ones such as If Tonight Is Our Only Chance, This Boy's Last Summer, Transmissions, How Long, and You Belong to the Night, but unfortunately I'm not expecting those kind of pacier and sound-wise a tad more sharper and darker tracks on the new one. Perhaps I have this impression because the Give Us the Moon-production is softer compared to that on Aeromantic I and II, but the recent songs still have their own appeal and certainly sound very much like TNFO, and so this change in sound doesn't necessarily have to be a bad thing, I just need to adjust my expectations to enjoy the full release properly.
