Im a rookie and my uncle and i were fishing in the lakes in gulfport, ms. He set me up a bobber and we used live shrimp. Bobber is so easy to tell when you get a bite and it was soo awesome seeing the bobber go underwater and setting my hook on some rainbow trout. He was however using no bobber and a fake fish lure (dont know the. Actual name) but he reel it a bit give it a few pulls on the pole, reel it more. Kinda trying to mimic a fish. It was really the first time i went lake fishing on a little boat and it was awesome
