This is an description of CRT (cardiac resynchronization therapy) device implantation in a patient that has a congenital abnormality i.e. dextrocardia with situs solitus (the right ventricle and atrium are located posterior to the left ventricle). This is a rare condition affecting only less than 1:12000 of people. This abnormality makes the CRT implantation very challenging. We used complex interventionals techniques with snaring the wire and finally the LV lead was implanted with a good final result. Music: Nightwish (The Green from Human :II: Nature album) with permission.
