It's funny how each members dueling style represents a business/work tactic

Gansley-Having an overbearing work force that you can easily remove members

Crump-Radical ideas that shape the mantra of the company

Johnson-Shady business practices that are often swept under the rug

Nezbit-Losing your self identity and becoming full time both in body and spirit, aka becoming a 9-5 robot.

Lector-The endless pursuit of money.

Their dub names actually come from real life 4Kids Entertainment employees. Jamie Leitcher, Melanie Crump, Sarah C. Nesbitt, and John Gansley.

That’s why LittleKuriboh called them “Team 4Kids” in the Abridged Series.

Well, they at least used Tristan in the plot for once.

These guys are so weirdly realistic looking for an anime like Yugioh. It’s just uncanny...

Kaiba: and I think I'll fire that guy, that guy, that penguin, that other guy, and Lector

Gainsley sounds like the embodiment of the "high IQ" meme.

Adrian Randolph Crump III

Surprisingly the only one of the Big Five (as of this writing) to have a full name in the dub.
Also, the only one of the Big Five (as far as my knowledge goes) to have a middle name in any version of the series.
I'm surprised to know that his father and grandfather share his name. Rather fitting for a higher-up business man.

I personally loved the big 5 as villains. And the virtual reality arc in general, it was the first time where we saw monsters dueling and it was awesome to watch! Nezbitt and Lector were always my favorites, maybe because they were the best duelists and the coolest looking.

Can you imagine if Judge Man had that deck master ability as its special effect? Would see alot more use in play.

Even if the Big Five weren't deleted by Noah they would have died anyway when the missile destroyed the computer creating the virtual world.

Ahhh the Tea episode, for some reason they made that specific episode have really good art quality especially Tea's plot

One of the highlights for me that entire arc was Yugi's duel. In the sub, his opponent actually notes the differences in how Yugi himself approaches battle vs the spirit (tactical vs aggressive). It also doesn't hurt that little Kuriboh insists on nuzzling him affectionately :)

I was pretty surprised to see some of the big 5 use monsters seen in Yugi's, Joey's and Kaiba's deck

Leichter was my favorite Big Five member.

Anyone remember when Crump possessed Tea in the abridged series?

You forgot the two cards all 5 of these guys used during the 2v1 duel, A Deal with Darkness Ruler and Berserk Dragon

Lector was easily the best duelist out of all of them
