Recipe for Cranberry Pistachio Fudge
White Chocolate: 150 grams
Condensed milk: 100 grams
Butter: 1 tsp
Salt: pinch
Cranberries: 1 tbsp
Chopped Pistachio: 1 tbsp
Vanila essence: 1 tsp
Method:
1. Take a microwave bowl,add chocolate and condensed milk and microwave it for 30 seconds.
2. Take bowl outside and mix it well.
3. Repeat this process till chocolate melts properly.
4. Now add butter, salt, vanila essence, cranberries and pistachio and mix it well.
5. Now take a 4 inch tin/mould grease it with butter and put butter paper in it.
6. Now pour the white chocolate mixture in tin/mould.
7. Put the tin/mould in refrigerator till 1-2 hours to set fudge.
8. Once it sets, take out from the freeze and unmold it and after 15 minutes cut it into square shapes.
9. Put into serving plate and garnish with cranberries and pistachio.
*Notes:
1. Don't over mix mixture.
2. U can use double boiler method to melt it.
3. U can store it in freeze with air tight container for 10-15 days.
