On xbox you can hold rt and double tab lb while you have a unit ready to make them hold position. Theres a whole section in controls showing all of the rt commands like chat and hold position

Would be cool if cutter marines had an ODST upgrade since he doesn’t have any special units

There should have been an option to recycle units by shipping them off-planet, so you can get new units when your population is full.
