He asking cause he wants to know if he has a vehicle, run his plates, get his ID since he wouldn't now down to their egos. Lesson learned: don't talk to the police

At minute 9:41 "good citizen" throws a lighted cigarette in front of the officer's car breaking Florida statue 590.10 which is a 1st degree misdemeanor which would have opened up a whole can of worms for good citizen if the cop took notice. I don't think good citizen is the brightest bulb in the box.

I would say "Never talk to cops" isn't the way to go, it's more like" don't talk about yourself to cops, but ask questions about them all day long till they leave you alone."

Never engage in a consenual conversation. Don't talk. Don't answer questions. Don't ask them questions. State the conversation is not consequential and that what you are doing is 100% legal.

If they are allowed to look for a specific vehicle that belongs to a person who didn’t want to surrender their forth amendment for whatever reason and there are many. My question to anyone reading this. Wouldn’t tracking down a person’s car to run a plate of such a person just to get their identity make the entire point of the 4th amendment useless? Is there any case law on that? Thanks for the share Lackluster.

My question is, why didn't the person that Recieved the alleged call inform the Caller that it is Not Illegal to open carry while participating in the allowed activities.
