It would be interesting if you discuss the recent ECB's decision to keep interest rates low and to continue QE in the next videos. Keep it up!

One thing remains the same: The fed will continue to be unpredictable and so will the stock market

I love your analysis.
Neither full bullshit or full bearish, just realism and awareness

The liquidity is packaged into Corp debt that purchases it's own shares; goes overseas to other Central banks; goes to other countries in the form wire transfers. In short, it isn't trickling down.

Good brief analysis, I also like Peter Schiff's analysis of what is going on, I think his makes a lot of economic and political sense of this current crazy situation. Definitely worth checking out if you haven't.

I think we will see a domino effect with the tariffs. So I expect we see more turbulence in the market.

We should look at history, where did the people who encountered the last recession survive and even prosper? We need to be looking at that.

Hi Sven,
invest in Africa, Russia, and China doest not seems a good idea to me; these areas are not masters of their own destiny (if US / UK crash, they will crash too) plus corruptions leves are higher (meaning more Enron cases are possible there)
But I understand what you mean: stay diversify is the best strategy; broad shoulders to bear almost any possible situation that may happens in the next 10 or 15 years

I watched CNBC spruiking social stocks today, I might be cynical, but I'm old enough to remember the dot-com bubble.
As JP Morganput it "It will fluctuate."
Thankyou for your advice, Sven.

I think it should be told that one should not be all in and have plenty of cash on the sidelines. You keep telling to buy productive assets with consistent demand but if they crash and you have no cash, then it will take forever to make up

What will this mean if im trying to buy a home? How much more borrowing can a household do if they have already borrowed? I see a lot of refinancing now but house prices have kept climbing.

Can somebody tell me how does a bank react when the ECB has low or negative rates, and the inflation is larger then today's numbers? Do they raise variable rates to compensate for inflation? Is my logic sound?
Im thinking of a 15y fixed loan in Croatia to buy my first home. Interest rates are also a bit larger here then in the rest of EU.

Sven can you talk about this question since you have experience from the Netherlands and how do rates differ form country to country? Is there a agenda to keep home prices high?

Thank you Sven. The best investment is in time spent improving our understanding of how these things work. With effort, knowledge increases every year and never loses its value. Plus, it cheap to acquire, all you have to do is pay attention and you will see it lying around, ignored by most people. Watching these videos goes along way to help find it. Today’s quote, “ The two most common elements in the universe are Hydrogen and stupidity. “ Harlan Ellison. We all contain the first element, let the other person keep the second.
