I bought my first road bike last year, has mech disk brakes, ill deffo just buy rim with better spec or pay the big bucks for the hydraulics, always squeezing and needing adjusted. Had a second hand rim prior, was easy to sort the brakes yourself 😂

I have no problems with using Disc brakes as long as they are cabled, not this hydraulic nonsense. What's next an ABS module for bikes!! lol
