This type of workout is geared towards muscular endurance as the muscles targeted will undergo repeated contractions throughout. The better your muscular endurance the less fatigue you will experience meaning you will be able to perform at your very best for a longer period of time. 💨

GCSE PE: Developing muscular endurance requires a person to use low weight/high reps - below 70% of a persons one rep max, approximately three sets of 12-15 reps.
