I’ve got this fuzz and it’s actually really good! I’ve got it beside my Tone Bender by Soldano and It can hold its own! I was shocked!

Just a Hammertone fuzz without the octave switch. We really judge sounds with our eyes :p

Thanks for the great demo. How does it handle rolling back the tone a bit on the higher end of the fuzz setting? Thinking if it just rolls off treble a bit or if it becomes a muddy mess.

How did you record this? It sounds like you just used the raw signal without a cab sim or an actual cab in it. It's missing the natural round off that a cab would provide, making it sound very rough and muddy. I think the best tonal comparision would be to play music at like 100dB on a speaker that is designed to only manage 20dB, blasting it away.

Seeing how you like the pedal, I'm quite convinced that it didn't sound like this live. I think there must be an issue with your recording setup instead.
