I am a Native of Austin - Travis County, and I would NEVER wait in line over 30 minutes for BBQ. Central Texas has numerous amazing BBQ spots that does not require waiting in line for 4 hours. Honestly, the BEST BBQ I have had as an Texan is from the backyard’s of family and friends.

Most folks complain about the long wait lines but the experience itself is worth it. I'm a native Texan and still live here and I don't mind waiting. Great video and you got yourself a new subscriber!

Someone needs to re assess their business model and facility capabilities. The profit potential being lost here is astonishing to me.
