Episode IX killed my passion for Star Wars for years; it ranks at the absolute bottom of the franchise for me. Only Mando has been keeping me going since. I haven't even watched Andor yet.

Love your Star Wars CCGdecipher.. i remember watching you years ago and was so happy you and your mate were playing as t brought back memories...I watched this video cause as a born SW fan with Zuckuss and 4-LOM, General Veers, Tonnikas Sisters.. the SWCCG card Revolution.. .. I have a question have you or are their fans of Episode 7-8-9??? or am i just crazy and thinking how (PLEASE DO NOT SHARE WITH OTHER SW FANS)..how terrible... i only love them cause of Ben Solo really... but have you yourself come across any fans?? and how do you measure that and/or them?? cause born with ESB none of my mates have ever said anything nice yet about EP 7-9.. New Villains: General Hux, Kylo Ren, Captain Phasma, and Snoke

Oh, Hux turned out to be a random as hell double agent?
Oh Snoke is basically Palpatine..., and get's betrayed by a redeemed Kylo Ren... kind of like Darth Vader?
Oh Captain Phasma just did literally nothing and eventually died?

So all of the new villains, the big bads we introduce either turned to the good side, or are dead. What do now?

Guess we gotta bring back Palpatine!

Andor was great because the writers took the time to make their characters feel like actual people, with realistically complex feelings and believable motivations, who lived in a world the show took the time to build. That way, when drama happened, it happened naturally and to people you might actually care about. As opposed to something like Rise of Skywalker, where lazily telegraphed CGI nonsense happens to a series of personas created by the marketing department.

Also, that dumb dagger was like the Skull key in The Goonies. Only, in The Goonies, it was appropriate for the adventure of the movie, and it made actual sense when putting it to use.

I have watched every Star Wars movies multiple times, even Last Jedi. Except Skywalker, watched it once, and never plan to again. I will watch a 20 hour Jar Jar compilation before I watch Skywalker again, lol. At least Andor and Mandalorian have restored a bit of hope and I am excited for Ahsoka.

I quit Star Wars cold turkey after Rogue One. Bleh. To be fair though, it wasn't Disney that ruined Star Wars. George did that himself with Attack of the Clones, the worst movie I've ever seen. Still haven't seen Revenge of the Sith to this day because of that.
