Change frame size on a video (without re-encoding)

Change / resize frame size (Width & Height) or screen size on a video (without re-encoding) - using MKV header editor of MKVToolNix.

*Note: Some software / players may read original frame size.
Ex: KMP: use Screen Controls Keep Display Aspect Ratio

Also you can change video tags & you can crop the video.

While MKVToolNix's Header Editor can indeed solve many playback problems, such as incorrect aspect ratio, it should be noted that it doesn't actually change the video itself; it inserts flags containing instructions to media players on how the video should be played. As a further note, every player won't necessarily obey every flag. (In many ways, the flags are simply requests.)
