I am a Brazilian animator and I can understand your frustration very well.
Large-scale projects are unfortunately not sustainable and we need to make many simple videos to have the necessary income for more expensive ideas.
Right now we are producing a series with 10 animators, but while it is being made we also have simpler videos coming out weekly, so we can keep all the employees without worrying about the financial return of the big project.
