Do you need a Visa to travel to Cancun??? This is a question that I am getting alot lately regarding the entry requirements for Cancun in 2025! But don't worry, it's just a rumor - It's just a response to the latest political drama between Mexico and the US!! Now some people are saying it is coming in the future, but honestly I find it hard to believe that Mexico would require Americans to apply for a visa just to vacation in Cancun. Tourism is the what keeps Cancun, Mexico alive and the residents of Mexico thriving, so why would they do something that would hurt their own people. The only entry requirement into Cancun, Mexico right now in 2025 is a valid passport! Just come back from Cancun. We did not pay before trip and nobody even ask in Cancun airport.
Same in february 2025, same in 2024. We in cancun 3 times per year. BTW: lots of seaweeds !!

Was in Cancun last week. They had a Visitax gauntlet setup before the escalators. They were yelling you HAVE to pay it as we walked by. I've still never paid it. Not trying to be a cheapskate, but if they want to require it then they should REQUIRE it either through airline or hotel fees. It already comes across somewhat scammy with the ambiguity of the websites to pay from. There's enough scams to avoid in Mexico right now.

The fmm forms are still required!!! You only pay up tourist fees if you are staying longer than 7 days

Hi，this is a great channel for visiting Cancun as a tourist. We enjoyed our one week stay so much early Feb. This morning back at Vancouver BC, I heard of a disturbing news from RCI (Radio Canada International) about a food poisoning incident at an all-inclusive hotel Sandos Playacar at Playa del Carmen. More than 200 Canadians got sick, some hospitalized including some young children. It would be fantastic if you could tell us about food safety at Cancun in your programme. Thank you so much.

If you have a tourist visa to the USA, you can use that to enter Mexico, Just in case anyone was interested.

Hey blanche....regarding the digital fmm....the government website says if u arriving by air to one if major airports you dont need a fmm neither digital nor traditional, but then i have read some websites say everyone must have a digital fmm. Can u confirm that no digital fmm required if arriving and leaving by air (aussie and canadian passport). Cheers

Blanche, I have a question related to Cancun Airport, and I don't know if it's true. If you did a video on this already, forgive me for not seeing it, and feel free to post the link. Is it true that Cancun airport fines or taxes you for bringing in more than 2 electronic devices, such as an iPad and a laptop, and that you can only carry 1 device other than your cell phone?

hmmm I was hoping to find people (or at least *a* person) in the comments sharing their experience with landing in in terminal 2 😭 I live in deep South Texas near the border so I'm only about an hour out from the Reynosa airport which means I'll technically be flying in domestically and wanted to be as informed as possible before my first trip to Cancún hahaha maybe someone will find this comment within the two weeks I have before taking off that can chime in 🤞🏼
