A business card like that is relatively inexpensive too(though the price can go way up if they are really fancy). Rather, business cards in general are so cheap, that even really high quality ones are still fairly cheap.

if he wanted to give the cards even more character, they should've been made from metal of decomissioned jets so at the end of the first contact he could say they're already owner of one part of a plane

i put superglue on mine, they get stuck and they have to constantly be aware of it and looking at it...and after they removed it they will for sure talk about my business card forever
