The dry down of the edp leans heavily on the patchouli, with a hint of vanilla.The downside of the edp is the lack of tonka beans, which is what makes the edt so great. Tonka and vanilla are a great combo. The edt also has no patchouli, which makes the dry down more woody. Flame is actually very interesting. After the madarin opening, you get that freshness of the pepper, with a gradual appearance of rose, which makes it so awesome, because few mainstream scents for men have rose. For me, the rose is the star of the show. In the background there is still that vanilla/tonka bean combo of the edt. So, if you like patchouli, get the edp. If you like rosy "fresh out of the shower", get Flame. If you like sweet and eventually woody, get the edt. I don't think the edp is more mature. The patchouli just makes it more "soapy" mainstream, and there is less sweetness because of the absence of tonka bean.

Alright, just today i sprayed both eros edt and edp on my arms, 2 good sprays, and here are the results. the edp projects harder than the edt and it lasts longer than the edt. the opening is the same (at least to me) but the edt does take it in the drydown. the drydown of the edt is pleasent and sweet, while the edp turns into something musky and leathery.

All three smell and perform great. EDP is for sure the best for guys maybe 36 and up, EDT for 35 on down, and Flame is like a fragrance with just enough DNA to be like the half brother with unique differences to the other two. EDT was reformulated not long ago and isn’t as good as the first few years were. EDP is closer to the original EDT formulation i think (and based on my ownership of all three). EDP lasts for around 11 hours on my skin and maybe 2.5 to 3 days on hamper clothes. vanilla and citrus tamed with a mint melds into the dry dry down of ambroxan, geranium, and clary sage. the base notes of patchouli, and the woods with leather and vanilla help to balance the open and keeps the middle with dry down together as well. it is basically a mix of minty citrus, vanilla, and a coastal forest. shall i say flawless, bold and direct, engaging, and improves your handsome by at least 1 to 2 handsome points. Do maybe one on back of neck, one on a single wrist then rub wrists together lightly, one on each inner elbow where the bicep meets the forearm, front neck to get half on neck and half on upper shirt.

your current girlfriend may notice women smiling and staring at you a lot more. she may end up hating it if she figures out that this is fancy catnip to attract women. haha…. single guys have fun.

I tried Eros EDT and I loved the opening so much! The dry down towards the end made me feel a bit nauseous from the vanilla lol.

I wasn't impressed by Eros Flame for a long time because every reviewer didn't recommend it and always taught to go for EDT or EDP. Although I have never smelled it before! But one day at work I noticed a smell that was well-known to me but so much better and more intense, not joking...it filled rooms. I always knew where that person was because of that smell and so I asked for telling me which fragrance that is. It was Eros Flame, I couldn't believe it...That was the moment I changed my opinion and I had to get it of course. I owned the EDT for years and was always impressed but its red brother impressed me much more.
You want a better Eros DNA for every situation, every occasion and every weather? Eros Flame does the job, I will always reach for it because of beast mode projection, performance and compliment factor, MASTERPIECE! 🔥💪🏻

I don’t know about the other two, but Flame is extremely potent.
I have worn it in warmer weather and with four sprays it is still there the next day and pretty strong.
I feel it can be worn as an evening fragrance as well as her recommendation of a daytime one.
For those on a very tight budget, there is an inexpensive alternative to Flame.
For $12.99 you can get 3.3 ounces of Polo Club “Ignite” which after it dries down, smells about 95% like Flame minus the pepper note…it really does.
