Interesting strategy. I like to trade NAS on the 5 min chart. So I did some backtesting over the weekend and so far the ALMA settings that work well for me are Window Size 70, Offset 0.85 and Sigma 10. I also use the MACD but at the default settings. Then for price structure, I'm also watching NAS on the 15 minute chart next to the 5 min. This shows me when I'm close to a support/resistance or supply/demand zone. When this happens, I wait for the ALMA line cross, proper MACD cross and histogram color, as well as a bounce or breakthrough of the SR or SD zones. Made a quick $500 today which could have been $1200 if I trailed my stop loss.
