unless you're really really small and weigh like 40 kg that might be too little calories, but everyone has different goals so whatever works for you. just make sure to keep your health in check 💪

I make fruit juice in the morning, fruits or sprouts around 11am.
For lunch I take foxtail millets with either curd, chutney or chicken.
Evening carrots or anyother protein snacks.
I eat by 6pm in the evening which is mostly millets.
I lost 10kgs in 3 months.
I exercise for an hiur daily and take 10, 000steps per day.

Tension matlo wapas normal khana start karlo fat wapis aajayega. Diet control se ghataya gaya weight ka jyada use nahi hai. Try to control weight by avoiding junk food and a proper exercise routine with a normal meal(not this fasting routine)
