If you guys are wondering where Etienne went, basically youtube demonetized him and then he deleted most of his videos. Now he uses a different channel called "runner bois" where he uploads world record progressions of running and body building, where he still uploads to this day.

pretty much one of my favorite times ever playing rhythm games, summarized perfectly from etienne.

taro is a madlad, and 7th beat will always be my favorite rhythm game studio. Their games have so much charm and honestly made me appreciate all of this stuff a lot more.

We miss you so much bro...
I still rewatch your score progressions videos from time to time and get goosebumps every time.
There will never be such an awesome rhythm game yt channel like yours...

in sing sing red indigo, the music had voice samples reciting the lucas series which is an infinite series of numbers. so it makes sense that a lot of parts in the level seem to be looping or repeating (like the end where the level reverts back to the start), because it reflects the recursive, infinite sequence of the numbers

its a very nice touch. man i love it.

As an ADOFAI veteran, this DLC was an amazing way of showing what the game can truly offer.
The levels were amazing, I had a blast playing through them and was almost left in tears when T5-X ended, but the best thing this DLC has done is motivate people to try and do more creative things in the editor. The usual ADOFAI creator sticks to what they've seen has worked for others in the past, which has lead to many levels feeling the same, but with Neo Cosmos, people have started to experiment with the new gimmicks, and in turn, people have started to experiment more with the editor, which is what the game needed.
ADOFAI needed to be explored more, and I'm so happy that the DLC and what it brought has made people realise that.

Seeing 7th beat create such a lovingly crafted and fantastic DLC makes me so excited for the full release of rhythm doctor. That game in it's early state is such a lovely, unique rhythm game, that I cant help but crave the rest of.

also Taro is on the discord now pretty much all day addressing concerns and fixing bugs in the game.

i'm so glad you covered this! i began playing adofai after watching your first video reviewing the base game, and i fell in love with it. i got so excited when i saw the announcement that taronuke would be directing a dlc for the game, and it completely lived up to that excitement when i finally played it. i couldn't stop smiling for the whole experience-- i could gush about it for so long but this video explains it well! i really hope more people will get and experience neo cosmos, seeing this. i appreciate the years of learning about other rhythm game communities' histories and discovering new games through your channel, and wish you good luck on your future projects!
