Hey! Today we will make Japanese kani salad.
Ingredients:
200 g of crab sticks.
50 g of corn.
50 g of mayo.
1 cucumber (80 g).
1 tbsp of sesame oil.
1 tbsp of lemon juice.
Let's start with cucumber.
Cut it into thin slices and then into strips.
Now mince the crab sticks. I love the fork method - it's quick and easy.
For the dressing, mix mayo, sesame oil, lemon juice and black pepper.
Put crab sticks, cucumber and corn in a bowl.
You can also add mango cubes. Add sauce and mix well.
Garnish with sesame seeds.
Ready!
