The 4 fingers thing… I’m left handed and have my keybinds switched to the right side of the keyboard and I use the mouse with my left hand.
Thing is q is on my pointer finger and ultimate as my pinky finger. This feels more comfortable for me, so I might suggest just rebinding qwer instead to rewq

Every dota player uses all 4 fingers for abilities. Also, having four fingers on top of QWER is the normal ideal resting position of your fingers. It feels the best and most natural having your 4 fingers resting on top of QWER. The only movement you have to do is to press down.
