I got 1 yeti pet in 16 events (180 hours) and finally got 2 pets today. The drought lasted about 6 months and the feeling of dropping a pet after half a year is so good :D

My first time near the ponds on the jerry island, I kept getting killed by other people's sea creatures while I was getting the ice collection and then manually grinding up to lvl 5 ice collection, a nice person took pity on me and dropped a clean unenchanted set of angler armor on me so I would quit dying so much.

I don't usually fish all that much on the island, if I am on and need ice for something, I will go clear the ice off the pond for the people fishing, but not fish myself.

I am still working on getting my fishing skill up enough to make fishing outside of marina's mayor years actually worth it.

GUYS you can fish there and make money even when not fishing 25 when u get a grinch which can be alot you can sell up to like 12 white gives and 2-3 green off of 1 grinch. You can get more than 1 so you can make like almost a mil if early game
