Dude youre pretty good at drawing but i recomend useing a differnt program like sai or photoshop but that just my opinion (also the svtfoe was heavily inspired by sailor moon)

I think you could improv by using more references for the poses and anatomy. You obviously have some skill, but your main weak point is anatomy. With Star's left arm, it looks very weird, so maybe take a picture of yourself for a reference, maybe holding a broom or something.
