Thanks to Holeshot motorcycles for letting me test the Street Triple RS out.

My opinion, it’s one of, if not the best middle wait naked sports bikes you can get.

I traded in my 2020 RS for the new model and still find it hard to believe how much Triumph improved what was already a great bike, the handling is sharper but still planted and the shorter gearing has really pepped up low to mid range acceleration, plus the stylemas have moved the breaking to as good as it gets, a superb bike that's raised the bar for naked middleweights.

I've owned 3 Street Triple 765's over the last 4 years. 2 of them were the RS and the first one was the R. In-between those three I had the 2016 Tuono Factory (not even comparable to the 765) and also a 2017 Daytona 657r. Currently have a S1000XR but hey point is, I've gone back to the Street Triple 765 again and again because its a fkn amazing bike. Smooth, sounds amazing, has all the tech, yoshi-alpha-t slip on sounds bad ass, and everything!

It's not an adventure bike. That's the only reason you need to justify the purchase (plus the fact you love it)!

Awesome bike. I’ve tried to justify getting one but it was never going to happen due to owning a SDR 1290 💪🏼🍻

Been looking for a review that compares it to an mt09 experience

I think the 2023 Triumph Street Triple 765 RS is the perfect bike, I love everything about it except for the lack of Wind protection. I don't know why companies don't seem to realize that people are buying naked bikes because of the ergonomics. not because they want to get hammered by the wind at anything above sixty mph. I test road the Yamaha Mt09 a couple of years ago and the XSR 900 just a couple of months ago, and I like the new XSR better than the MT09. but I like the Triumph more than either of them. and I haven't even tried the 2023 yet. the sound is so sweet. what a beautiful tone it has. I would never even consider changing the pipes. I could listen to that engine purring when I'm lying in bed getting ready to sleep. it's so sweet. but I just bought a bike that I am in love with which is a 2017 DUCATI Supersport that had only 2159 km on it. and the only other bike I would really love to own is this new Triumph. and if I get my own house with a garage I will probably buy one as soon as I see a second hand one come up for sale in like new condition. which might be a year from now. and a third consideration would be either the Z900RS. or maybe the BMW S1000R. and if I had all three I would have a V Twin, a triple and an inline 4. which would make me smile every time I entered my garage.

Loving this bike. It is unbelievably light and easy to handle, powerful and reassuring in the same time. Could it be a one and only bike to own, an all rounder for commuting as well as week end fun?

Get it! You won't regret it! A triple is the best! Flash it, Full exhaust and Ohlins up front and you'll have the best bike out there. Forget the Ducatis. I would take this bike over a street fighter any day of the week.

street triple rs handles like its on rails. its so fucking good in the twisties. I had the 17 version until someone hit me from behind a week ago ...

really the best compromise for commuting and ripping some twisties, for me at least

I love that you shared your height and weight.

More RPM (like more happy zone 😊), more braking power (brembo stylema) and better suited to the track day (moto2) 💛💛💛

Nice review, I love this bike, shame there are no Demo's to take out in Sydney. I am tossing up between this and the MT09 SP. lol you did say you prefered the MT09 engine to the street triple rs in your MT09 review, it was at the 11min39 sec mark.

Selling the R1 to get something more "everyday rideable", keen to give one of these and the V2 streetfighter a go before I completely make up my mind on getting an XSR900.. will be nice to see how my thoughts line up with yours!

I’m considering this to the MT-09 SP . Heart says RS, but mind says SP. I’m for the M50 brakes over SP. I’m skeptical about triumph’s reliability. I’m currently riding a Diavel, so I’m looking for something that I can ride every day & every where.
CRUISE control can be fixed by the factory.

Nice review! How tall are you? Do you feel like it's a bit small for a heavier and taller guy? I'm 185 cm and 210 pounds. Looking for an upgrade to my MT-07.

Hi, I own the 1290 SAS as well and just ordered the yellow RS on top of it. I had exactly the same impressions on my test ride and could not resist to buy one 👍🏻It is so and rides so easy. If you have the chance to own both bikes… do it !!! Cheers
