I am taking video for one of our new workers practicing sewing fabric. I'm sorry that my shooting made her even more nervous. This female in the video is practicing the simplest work by sewing two fabric together.

By the end of last year, our tent factory bought a new factory. The new factory will be put into use soon, but the it’s new location means recruiting new employees, because the sewing workers are mainly female, and they often want a shorter commute to get more time to spend time with family especially the children.

Many factories show customers spacious and bright factory buildings, skilled workers and large quantities of goods waiting for shipment, but in fact this video also shows the real side of the factory.

She can not sew any bulk production goods yet considering her sewing skills, however we have strict training steps, so this worker will get big improvement on her work soon!
