Stalin actually never feared about this kid, he didn't even care about Tito. He had a big union, unlike Hoxha who always had nightmare about potential invasion from the communist neighborhood.
Tito looks pretty like a noob compare to other Cold War leaders like Ho, Mao or Park Chung hee. He failed to modernize the country and to catch up with Western European, and also failed in removing the nationalist movement inside the nation.
