Easier way to make smores is just microwave! Bottom graham with a square of chocolate, microwave for like 10-15 seconds, get the chocolate melting first. Then once its about to start melting, pop on the marshmallow and microwave another 10 seconds. if you do it more than 12 seconds, the marshmallow will swell up to a big melty softball, so stay on top of it! But once thats done, take it out, place the top graham, press down, enjoy! You dont get the taste from the fire roasting the marshmallow, but the tradeoff on how much easier and faster it is makes it worth it. And I guess if you really want, just hit the sides after the microwave with a flame.
