best goalkeeper in the world depends on a lot of things, it's really up to who you ask, but Neuer and De Gea are consistently the top 2 in people's minds. In my opinion the top 5 goalkeepers in the world are currently this:

1. De Gea
2. Neuer
3. Buffon
4. Courtois
5. Lloris

De gea is the best, look at him hes in the hardest league in the world for teams and playing styles, bundesliga is hard but not as hard as prem, he has the best rate, save rate of 76.8% in the box and a whooping 100% success rate out side the box, the man is a legend a complete beast and will go down as one of the best

On his day De gea is the best in the world, his problem is inconsistency. If he was as consistent as neuer then he would be best in the world. Plus you have to keep in mind the team in front of him, United aren’t the same team that they once were, De Gea got a golden glove with Jones and Smalling in front of him. That’s the best keeper in the world. For me top 5 keepers (in terms of ability) from last 10 years is
1. De Gea
2. Neuer
3. Buffon
4. Casillas
5. Czech
