I think alot of people are missing the point here. Its the night after night singing of these songs thats the killer. They do this to keep Arnel from hurting his vocals and give him a rest. You can even see and hear how much effort and push Jason needs to sing the song. So imagine him singing every song night after night. Correct me if Im wrong but didnt even Steve Perry struggle to keep his vocals at a high standard somewhere during his career? So they share the vocals and keep the JOURNEY legend alive.

Jason has an awesome voice. Sure would be nice if Neal didn't have to do a guitar solo on every song.

He turns his face away from the microphone too much is it because he can’t hit those high notes
One thing about Steve Perry is he had a mighty voice he didn’t try to sing louder than anybody else. He had a powerful, very powerful voice, whether he was speaking or singing, in lower tones or higher notes.
Most singers cannot do that anymore. I’m trying to think if there were any other singers that were like this.
And the one I can remember off the top of my hat right now, is Toby Keith he had that real powerful voice
I think that Jonathan Cain is having a struggle with his voice
The harmonizing is painful for my ears
